INFORMATION
A Non-Refundable payment of $495 is required to participate.
If a student is unable to attend a class for whatever reason
refunds will be issued only if a substitute is enrolled.
Pot au Feu reserves the right to cancel under-enrolled classes
and to make scheduling changes.
Payment will be processed on the day the class takes place.

The first thing you do when you arrive is put
on your brand new Chef’s coat
embroidered with our logo and your name. It is yours to
keep.
Orientation follows so you become familiar with the principles
of professional kitchen management.
YOU COOK THE MEAL
Have you ever attended a so-called Cooking
Class only to find out that it is really a Cooking
Demonstration?
Some big name Chef pirouettes around while Assistants do the
cooking
and you feel lucky to get to carry dirty bowls to the
dishwasher.
That’s not how Pot au Feu does it. You will
work "hands-on" with knives, burners, pans, whisk,
bowls & cutting boards to create a delicious five course meal –
in the kitchen of Pot au Feu –
with the Chef of Pot au Feu who will personally teach and
instruct you as you do the cooking.
LUNCH WITH THE CHEF
Class includes a working lunch with the
Chef when you will get to ask
about the kitchen secrets not covered in class.
YOU SELECT THE WINES
After cutting, chopping, searing, boning,
flipping and working your fingers to the bone
you have to select the wines that will match the great meal you
created.
The Ecole features a comprehensive Wine
Seminar that will teach you all about winemaking,
selection, storage, service & pairing with foods. The seminar is
unlike any you may have ever experienced.
By the end you will understand wine better than most pros.
THEN IT’S FINAL EXAM TIME
No exam ever tasted so good. Each student
invites three guests who will grade their final exam.
Our servers will present the five courses you created, and serve
the wines the class expertly selected.
You return to the kitchen and prepare the
Entrees for your table and return to enjoy them with your
guests.
At the conclusion your guests will decide if you have earned the
Pot au Feu Ecole de Cuisine Diploma.
Your guests will enjoy the great meal you
created – and you will love the compliments.
THE CLASS STARTS AT 11:00 AM
Classes are held on Sundays and run from
11:00 am until 8:30 pm.
Class sizes are small. Professionals are not accepted.
Since instruction is personalized we accept novices through
advanced amateur cooks.
